Over the past few days we’ve received a lot of messages and calls asking if we were still making plant tags. Last week we moved our printing equipment and supplies out of our offices in Fredericksburg and we are continuing to print and ship orders. Everyone on our team is now working remotely from their home.

The Plantsmap.com website is also running normally. We don’t foresee any interruption in any service.

We are adhering to CDC recommendations and continue to monitor COVID-19 updates to ensure the health and safety of our team and clients.

As mentioned in a message last week, we’ve seen a lot of new and returning users on the site and we thought that some may want a live demo orientation or refresher.

The first demo will be Tuesday, March 24 at 4:30 pm EST. There are 7 more seats available for this session. The link to register is https://zoom.us/meeting/regist….

We’ve scheduled a second online webinar to answer questions and host another demo for Thursday April 2 at 4:30pm EST. If you can’t register for the session tomorrow, you can visit this link to register to attend the second meeting: https://zoom.us/meeting/regist…

We will also record these webinars and any additional help videos and post them on the site. We added a couple of videos today. The library of help articles and videos are posted at https://help.plantsmap.com.

If your organization would like a private online demo contact us to schedule one with your team.

You can also reach out to us for help by emailing [email protected], or send a message using our contact us page, or you can click the blue button on the bottom right of the site to open live chat to get support while we are online.

Thank you for your continued support of Plantsmap.com.
